Setting up a user study: Setup form for designing a user study
Study 1 (run on Mechanical Turk): A Between User study that compares an undirected graph and a matrix visualization using one graph task.

Replicate this study |
1. Download and extract the supporting files to your computer. Click here to download
2. Configure the study on the study setup page above by uploading the downloaded files, and specifying other details as shown in this Image
3. You can experiment with the "experiment type", "number of task questions", and the "duration" of tasks
4. Click on the demo button after configuration
5. Click on the submit button after seeing a demo. You will be given 2 urls one for the study, and one for the results.
6. You will see graphs of your results after you complete at least 2 rounds of the study. Statistical analysis will be provided when you have 3 or more completed studies for each of the visualizations being evaluated.
Study 2 (run on Mechanical Turk): A Within group user study that compares Arrow, Tapered, and curve edges based on two tasks.
