Designed and implemented a hands-on assessment program to build IT and cybersecurity skills among students. Integrated challenges focused on Linux terminal proficiency, Python and Bash scripting, and network security concepts. Encouraged practical application of theoretical knowledge to boost confidence in pursuing cybersecurity careers.
