STARS Tutoring Groups Management

The goal of this project is to automate the setup and management of tutoring groups for the STARS program using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, reducing the manual effort involved significantly. This system will streamline the creation of tutoring groups, assignment of tutors, and student registrations, with triggers set for the beginning of semesters and course enrollments. It features a secure, user-friendly interface that integrates with Microsoft 365 Office Suite and plans for a future transition from WhatsApp to Microsoft Teams. This automation aims to enhance efficiency, ensure data security, and improve the educational support provided to students.
