Watchmen Route Over a Body of Water

A system designed to help lake patrol agencies determine the most efficient patrol routes through lakes containing obstacles such as islands, landmasses, or restricted areas. This project models the lake as a polygon with interior holes and generates an optimized traversal path inspired by the classical Watchman Route Problem.
