Chronic Kidney Disease Prediction System

CKD EarlyInsight is a web-based Clinical Decision Support System that helps doctors detect Chronic Kidney Disease early. The platform uses real patient data from the CDC's NHANES 2017-2018 survey to calculate kidney function, predict CKD risk using machine learning, and flag patients who are missing critical screenings. Built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, React, and Docker, the system delivers clear, explainable insights that allow clinicians to identify high-risk patients quickly and act before irreversible damage occurs.
