PhishNet

PhishNet is a cybersecurity analysis project designed to measure how effective phishing awareness training is in reducing user susceptibility to phishing attacks. It uses simulated phishing data in an ethical, controlled environment, along with a FastAPI backend and interactive web dashboard, to calculate and visualize key metrics such as failure rate and reporting rate. The project’s main purpose is to compare trained and untrained users, helping demonstrate how awareness training can improve user behavior while providing a clear framework for analyzing and communicating phishing risk trends.
