BRAINGIS

This document presents the information necessary to gain a good understanding of the Braingis R Package. The R package will be created to enable neuroimage researchers to effectively convert an MRI image into shape file that will allow for better statistical analysis by the researchers. The R package will also allow for seamless 3D color plotting of said brain image. Methods of analysis include proposed system requirements, project plan and analysis model. Model will give a visual perspective of the complete functional specification of the R package. Project organization and identification of milestones and deliverables are included in the paper.
