Infant Food Frequency Questionnaire V3.0 Clinician Portal

The third iteration of the Infant Food Frequency Questionnaire project. In this project, we worked on implementing the Clinician Portal which allowed clinicians to view information about the parents and their infant's dietary nutritional plan. The portal includes viewing the questionnaire results, the food and nutrient recommendations calculated, and the tracking history.
