Multi-Modal Interactive Paint 3.0

Our Multi Modal Interactive Paint was recreated to eliminate dependencies and limit room for errors later on. We reduced threads, created a cross platform environment that supports several version of the framework and the SDK's. We have two modes a single painter and a multi modal painter.
