P2P File System
Our capstone project aims to develop an efficient filesystem on the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) network using the Mutable File System (MFS) and Firebase technologies. This project will provide secure and reliable access to users' personal directories on the IPFS network. It includes a server setup with a frontend developed in TypeScript, and a backend developed in Golang, a programming language known for its performance and concurrency. Users can register with Firebase, a platform for building web and mobile applications, and their Firebase unique identifier (UID) will create their individual directory on the IPFS network. This project will offer a user-friendly interface for storage, management, and sharing of files on the IPFS network, with potential applications in research, education, and other domains.
