Patrol Shift Bid Scheduler

This document presents the information necessary to gain a good understanding of the Patrol Shift Bid Scheduler that is intended to replace the current system used by Pinecrest PD for officer scheduling purposes. This information includes an overview of the current and new system, user stories, project plan, system design, and system validation. The remaining portion includes UML diagrams, user interface design, sprint review reports, user manual, installation document, and shortcomings/wish list.
