PluMA 2.0 Windows

The existing version of PluMA is compatible with Unix systems, so the goal of this work is to make it compatible for Windows as well, since that is the platform used by most of PluMA’s users. In order to do that, the general approach followed by the development team was to set up a stable development environment for the project, then debug it as needed to identify problematic areas, and finally fix all the areas based on the priorities set for the project.
