Virtual Roll Call V.8.0

Virtual Roll Call is an application meant to assist and increase efficiency in police departments. VRC replaces daily roll call briefing meetings and allows officers to have access to important documents at any time. The application is already deployed and in use but the Product Owners wanted to update the application to a more modern stack. Our goal was to re-develop the application with a more modern stack and to modularize the code and make it easier to work with. We decided to implement our solution with the MEAN stack(mySQL, Express, Angular, and Node.js). The front-end was to be kept the same visually and with all the same functionality, but using a newer version of Angular. The Database schema was kept the same.
