NovaCore Technologies: AI-Powered Smart Infrastructure and Security Solutions

This project focuses on designing and implementing a secure enterprise IT infrastructure that supports user onboarding, account provisioning, remote access, software deployment, and IT support operations. The system will integrate secure authentication methods such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), VPN connectivity, role-based access control, and centralized support workflows to improve operational efficiency and cybersecurity compliance. The project will include the development of onboarding documentation, system access procedures, IT support resources, and infrastructure deployment guides to simulate real-world enterprise IT environments. Students will apply modern IT administration practices, security principles, and troubleshooting methodologies while creating scalable and maintainable support systems for organizational users. Expected deliverables include system architecture diagrams, deployment documentation, onboarding and support guides, security configuration documentation, administrative procedures, and a working demonstration of the implemented infrastructure and support workflow systems.
